Job description

· Generating new leads.
· Meet the given target positively

· Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.

· Deliver scripted information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their
benefits.

 · Understanding the requirement of the customers & explaining on product and
benefits. 

· Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system for
converting the Enquiries into Sales. 

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. 

· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
