About the Role

We are hiring sharp, high-potential Sales and Marketing Executives to drive prospect research, outreach, and pipeline creation for Unified Sales. This role is for young, ambitious professionals who can communicate with confidence, represent the brand with polish, and execute consistently across calling, email, and digital channels.

What You Will Do

- Research and build high-quality prospect lists with accurate decision maker mapping
- Run outbound outreach across calls, emails, and digital channels (LinkedIn and others)
- Craft strong outbound messaging, follow-ups, and sequences that convert
- Book qualified meetings and support deal progression with clean notes and context
- Prepare crisp pitch decks, short presentations, and tailored outreach collateral
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, daily activity tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and campaign experiments
- Support additional business development initiatives as needed

- Confidence on calls, ability to handle objections, and drive conversations forward
- Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM workflows is a plus (HubSpot, ZOHO, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Growth mindset, coachable attitude, and competitive drive
