We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and scale our B2B revenue and brand growth initiatives. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in Sales, B2B Marketing, and data-driven decision-making, along with strong exposure to frameworks and metrics such as AAC, AAAC, AL59, and ACSI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving market expansion, and aligning sales and marketing strategies to achieve sustained business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and market penetration targets.
  • Lead B2B sales initiatives across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes, forecasting models, and performance metrics using structured frameworks such as AAC, AAAC, and AL59.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure account growth and retention.

Marketing Strategy & B2B Demand Generation

  • Design and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans across digital, content, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure seamless lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and market trends to continuously improve marketing ROI.

Customer Experience & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty using ACSI and related customer experience metrics.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable sales and marketing improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities, segments, and growth levers.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams across regions or business units.
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance reviews, and capability-building programs.
  • Partner with product, finance, and leadership teams to align revenue strategy with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12–20 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, with strong exposure to B2B environments.
  • Proven expertise in Sales strategy, B2B Marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AAC, AAAC, AL59, and ACSI frameworks/metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
