This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include building effective communication strategies, delivering high-quality customer service, managing sales initiatives, training others when necessary, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targeted revenue and conduct analysis of sales processes.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to meet organizational goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous work experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
