Key Responsibilities

  • Performs any combination of following duties in the business office of a commercial or industrial establishment: furnishes workers with clerical supplies.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, and collects, seals, and stamps outgoing mail.
  • Collects and distributes paperwork, such as records or timecards, from one department to another. Immediately report any untoward incident.
  • Marks, tabulates, and files articles and records.
  • Able to use office equipment correctly and flawlessly, such as envelope‑sealing machine, letter opener, record shaver, stamping machine, and transcribing machine.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate or college level
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
