Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Increase membership sales and maintain client accounts. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Lead Generation: Execute sales activities to generate leads through both online and offline channels.
  • Team Management: Train, mentor, and manage studio professionals to ensure adherence to performance standards. Recruit and schedule studio staff to ensure optimal coverage at all times.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the studio operates seamlessly by overseeing daily activities and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in membership sales within the fitness or wellness industry, with a proven track record in business development.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and managing employees.
