Sales and Reservation Officer

Eden View Suites and Villas is seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Sales and Reservations officer to focus primarily on driving hotel bookings and revenue while managing reservations and front desk operations. This role is essential in maximizing occupancy, promoting hotel packages, and ensuring excellent guest service.

• Drive sales by promoting hotel services, packages, and special offers to potential and existing guests

• Manage reservations efficiently, including individual and group bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation

• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations in the hotel management system

• Monitor and adjust room pricing and promotional offers across online travel agencies (OTAs) and other sales channels

• Follow up on leads and coordinate with marketing to attract new clientele
