**About the Company**
Excent Capital Ltd is a regulated investment broker with offices in London, Seychelles, Mexico, and Sao Paulo, with plans for expansion around the world. We provide our clients with an investment platform for the international financial market. Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:
**Customer and Account Specialist - Conversational English (Entry Level)**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles (internships included).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Good attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Conversational English (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of the financial market (desirable but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
