Job Description

An IT Sales Assistant supports the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative assistance, generating leads, and helping with sales activities. Key responsibilities include
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in generating leads, following up on prospects, and closing deals
Update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date customer information
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Sales Administration:
