About this role

The ideal candidate for this position is a bilingual Spanish–English speaker with a passion for mountain and outdoor adventures, a background in Sales or Tourism, and a genuine interest in helping people plan their trips.

We're looking for someone curious, proactive, and commercially minded who enjoys connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the booking process. You don't need to be an expert closer, but you should feel comfortable communicating persuasively, following up, and keeping the conversation alive until the client is ready to book.
