Sales Assistant | Showroom
ESCVDO continues to grow, and as part of our development, we are seeking a Sales Assistant for our Showroom in Lima - Peru.
This role will work closely with the Commercial Team, executing the brand's direct-to-consumer commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the Showroom experience at the ESCVDO Studio for clients, tourist visits and special events.
-Execute Sales actions developed for the brand.
-Maintain the exhibition at the showroom.
-Organize inventory and manage available stocks.
-Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and other platforms.
-Supervise the operation and inventory of the online store (Shopify).
-Shipping orders through DHL
-Track monthly sales metrics.
-Manage the customer database.
-Handle customer segmentation and commercial actions/CRM.
