• Guide customers in exploring and choosing products that best fit their tastes and requirements.

• Share engaging product insights and keep customers informed about current fashion styles, standout features, and what makes our offerings unique.

• Efficiently carry out transactions, ensuring accuracy when handling payments via cash, card, or other methods.

• Proactively work towards meeting sales goals for both individuals and the team, while ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

• Tactfully handle customer concerns, returns, and feedback with a calm and service-minded approach.

• Assist in daily store upkeep, help organize merchandise, and participate in regular inventory audits to ensure smooth operations.
