Sales Assistant, Catering Systems Division

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Catering Division. This position is ideally suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in international business and the marine industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Managers in the preparation of offers, quotations, and sales documentation
• Coordinate communications with customers, shipyards, suppliers, and internal departments
• Maintain CRM data and generate sales-related reports
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and events related to sales activities
• Monitor and follow up on project and quotation statuses
• Support the preparation of presentations, tender documentation, and customer correspondence
