The successful candidate will be working in administrative tasks for a sales operations team. Sales Assistant Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate calendar and travel details. * Track and submit expense reports. * Participate as a front desk receptionist, answering daily calls/inquiries made to the office. * Design quarterly fact sheets of opportunities to send out to clients to promote sales growth. * Manage and order office supplies, assuring the office is fully stocked. * Assist with any miscellaneous projects the Chicago Sales office may need.
