Job Description
A Sales Assistant (FR / NL / EN) at our client will have the following responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the sales team and their clients for scheduling and administrative matters.
- Manage calendars, track deadlines, and prioritize urgent tasks to ensure timely follow-up.
- Encode numerical data accurately into internal systems.
- Organize and prepare meeting rooms & necessary documents.
- Review and proofread presentations for accuracy and clarity.
- Handle logistical aspects of client appointments and adapt schedules as needed.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
The ideal Sales Assistant (FR / NL / EN) for our client would have the following skills:
