Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
  • Recommend suitable products and provide basic styling advice (for eyewear)
  • Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product displays
  • Support inventory management and restocking
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
  • Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, fresh graduates welcome
