Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Assistant to join our boutique at the McArthurGlen Outlet in Málaga. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding and personalized customer service experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through a proactive selling approach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure proper visual merchandising standards and stock organization
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury retail
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail is a plus
