We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Assistant to join our boutique at the McArthurGlen Outlet in Málaga. This is a full‑time position.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience in line with Roberto Cavalli’s values. Your role includes welcoming clients, understanding their needs, presenting and selling collections, managing stock activities, and handling cash transactions.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through a proactive selling approach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure proper visual merchandising standards and stock organization
