Ekaanta: Mindversity on the Ganges, based in Haridwar, India, is a unique wellness-focused hospitality destination rooted in Ayurveda, mindful living, and transformative experiences. We work with individual guests, corporates, retreat groups, travel partners, and curated platforms to deliver calm, restorative stays that go beyond conventional hospitality.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to support and manage sales across B2C, B2B, OTA platforms, and corporate partnerships . This role sits at the intersection of sales coordination, client communication, and booking management, ensuring smooth conversions from enquiry to confirmation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-friendly, and comfortable handling multiple sales channels simultaneously.
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and website
- Explain Ekaanta’s offerings, packages, and wellness experiences clearly
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate guest requirements with operations and reservations teams
- Support outreach to corporates, wellness groups, retreat organisers, and institutions
- Share proposals, rate cards, and customised package details
- Coordinate calls, site visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate and group clients
- Manage listings and bookings across OTA platforms
- Coordinate availability, pricing updates, and special packages
- Track OTA performance and ensure smooth booking-to-check-in flow
- Liaise with travel agents and tour operators
- Maintain lead trackers, booking sheets, and client databases
- Track conversion rates across channels (B2C, B2B, OTA, corporate)
- Support invoicing, confirmations, and basic documentation
- Share regular sales updates with management
- Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business, Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in hospitality sales, reservations, or client servicing
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior experience with OTAs or corporate sales is a strong plus
- Calm, professional, and guest-first attitude
- Someone who understands relationship-based selling , not aggressive sales
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries without losing warmth or accuracy
- Interest in wellness, hospitality, or experiential travel
- Organised, dependable, and solution-oriented
