Sales Assistant (Overseas) — Singapore


Role SummarySupport the overseas sales team across North America, Japan, Europe and Australia. This role owns day-to-day CRM process discipline, milestone billing coordination, and end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and reconciliation to ensure clean data, timely invoicing, and on-time cash collection.

Key Responsibilities


A. CRM Management & Sales Process Control (must)

·    Maintain the company's in-house CRM: accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotations, contracts, orders, delivery/milestones, invoices and collections

·    Ensure data is timely, accurate and audit-ready; enforce mandatory fields, stage updates, next-step actions, and document attachments

·    Track opportunity / project progress and proactively flag risks (missing documents, delayed milestones, stalled approvals, billing/collection delays)
