TYPE: Full Time, CDD (to cover an employee’s sick leave)

WORKING HOURS: 9:00-16:30, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break)

SALARY: Gross €2,000/month

START: 5th Jan 2026

LOCATION: North-West Suburb of Paris, France (5 days a week in office)



Sales Administrator Main Responsibilities:

•Inputting the data into the ERP system

• Making quotations and sales reports

• Corresponded with customers via phone and email

• Receiving shipments

• Arranging re-packaging, courier services, etc.



Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Sales Assistant and in trade operations and knowledge of importing goods, incoterms

• Experience in using ERP software (SAP-B1 is preferable)

• Business level of fluency in English and French

• Japanese language would be advantageous
