Job Description

What are your key responsibilities:


  • Register new contracts and amendments, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.

  • Serve as a communication link between customers and internal departments.

  • Support supply chain operations by managing sales forecasts, customer complaints, return shipments, and related sales activities.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service, maintain and update customer records, and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Work in a supportive and collaborative team.International working environment with exposure to multiple European markets

A successful sales assistant should have:
