Job Description
What are your key responsibilities:
- Register new contracts and amendments, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Serve as a communication link between customers and internal departments.
- Support supply chain operations by managing sales forecasts, customer complaints, return shipments, and related sales activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service, maintain and update customer records, and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
A successful sales assistant should have:
