Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable tile and flooring products
  • Support customers with order processing, invoicing, and after-sales follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Actively work toward achieving sales targets and participate in in-store promotions and sales activities
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or in the building materials, tiles, or flooring industry is an asset
  • Strong willingness to learn, responsible, and proactive
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
