  • Book personal tours and update sales activity into the CRM database.
  • Coordinate and occasionally conduct tours for prospects, providing them with a comprehensive view of our offerings and amenities.
  • Coordinate lease signings for prospects and their families and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth transitions and accurate records for new residents.
  • Support the RLCs in the preparation of relevant management reports and maintenance of pertinent records.
  • Manage telephone inquiries for multi-home leads and convert to personal tour bookings, when possible.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information relating to residents, family members, prospective residents, other staff members and Chartwell Retirement Residences.
  • Participate in other related assignments as required.
