About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at VUGGE PTE.LTD'. This full-time role is based in the Orchard Central Region and will play a key part in supporting our sales initiatives and driving customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service and support to both new and existing clients
  2. Assisting with the sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
  3. Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local market
  6. Providing admin support to the sales team as needed
