Job Title: Sales Associate


Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads from internal databases via phone, email, LinkedIn or CRM.

• Qualify prospects through structured conversations and determine their fit for our services.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars between prospects and sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information and activity logs.

• Perform regular database cleanups to ensure quality and relevance of data.

• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.

• Communicate with team members regarding lead status and scheduling progress.

• Track and report appointment-setting metrics and lead follow-up performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar appointment setting or lead generation role.
