Working experience in the sales industry.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin and other language is a plus)

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Able to communicate in 2 or more local languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin).

Prior experience in aquatics or retail is a plus, but not required.

Friendly, responsible, and good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of aquarium systems and fish/plant care.

Enthusiasm for aquascaping and aquatic pets.
