Job Title: Sales Associate Solar About the Role We are looking for a Sales Associate to promote and sell solar products and solutions. The role involves meeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right solar solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers for solar products Explain solar solutions, benefits, and pricing to customers Generate leads and convert them into sales Conduct site visits with the technical team when required Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals Maintain customer records and sales reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements Graduate or diploma in any field 13 years of experience in sales (solar or electrical preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel locally for site visits Basic knowledge of solar panels and rooftop systems is an advantage Skills Required Customer handling Sales and closing skills Basic technical understanding of solar systems MS Excel and CRM knowledge (preferred) Location: As per project requirement Experience: 13 years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
