Job Description
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them with inquiries, and ensure a pleasant and informative buying experience. This includes building trust relationships and resolving complaints professionally.
Sales and Product Knowledge: Guide customers to solutions that meet their needs, explain product features, cross-sell related items, and actively work to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets. A deep understanding of products and industry trends is essential.
Transactions: Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
