Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for pest control services through prospecting, cold-calling, referrals, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their pest control needs.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections when needed to assess pest situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Work closely with the operations/technician team to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure long-term client retention.
