Sales Associate Full Time - Eastgate Square at WOW! mobile boutique. Location: Eastgate Square, Hamilton ON. Salary: $17.60/hr + commission. Schedule: 32-40 hours per week. Reports To: Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Network to create and maintain a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment as an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
• Deliver personalized, unbiased advice and uphold the brand promise.
• Achieve key business metrics and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
• Participate in documented coaching conversations.
• Inventory management including receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
• Complete daily operations tasks (opening & closing the kiosk).
