The Business:
Join a National Property Developer with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtfully planned residential communities. With projects across land, town homes, mixed use and commercial spaces, their VIC team is small, collaborative and well-supported by the head office. This business is known for its high standards, long-term thinking, and people-first culture.

The Role: 
This Sales Associate position is supporting a newly launched community in Geelong! You won’t be responsible for closing sales, but you’ll play a vital role in presenting projects, following up on enquiries, maintaining CRM accuracy and delivering a polished customer experience.
Your week will be split between working alongside the Sales Consultant and working independently. On solo days, you’ll confidently present information to prospective buyers and ensure the display office is well-maintained and welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and qualifying customers at the sales office
  • Handling enquiries and following up with leads by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Supporting national sales launches and builder engagement
  • Assisting with reporting, competitor analysis and broader sales team admin
  • Ensuring display offices are presentation-ready

About You:
You may have experience in real estate, property, building, retail or customer service – what matters most is your attitude and organisational ability. You’ll be confident speaking with customers, comfortable using systems, and motivated to keep things running smoothly.

We’re looking for:

  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Excellent phone manner and customer-facing confidence
  • Self-starter who enjoys working solo and with a team
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Driver’s licence and your own vehicle
  • Ideally some exposure to property, sales support or builder environments (not essential)
  • Able to work 1 or 2 weekend days
