"Is your passion in retail?” We are looking for a Sales associate at our store in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The Sales Associate will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
+ Assess customers needs and provide information on our products, features and benefits
+ Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping
+ Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom
+ Be a self-starter when doing tasks
+ Juggle multiple customers at a time
+ A team player who possesses the ability to work together in a learning culture
+ Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations
+ Own personal sales goals, along with team goals
Requirements
+ Work experience as a sales associate
+ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
+ Proficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems
+ Solid communication and interpersonal skills
+ Customer service focus
+ High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus
Work Hours
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store/Company needs
+ Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
+ Comfortable working alone for hours of a shift
+ Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
+ Hours: 5 or more as needed
