Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Associate to support our initiatives in finance education, academy programs, and technology-enabled services. The role involves interacting with prospective learners and clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable academic programs and solutions.

Candidates with prior experience in academy / education sales, as well as freshers with a strong interest in sales and finance education, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch and explain academic programs and service offerings to prospective clients
• Connect with leads through calls, meetings, and digital follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or solutions
• Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to conversion
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• Experience in sales, academy/education counseling is a plus
• Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to work from Kochi
