We are seeking a Sales Associate (temporary) to join our exceptional team at Christian Dior Couture in Madrid. As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the brand’s sales growth within the store, representing the brand’s values, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities- SALES: Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques; demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients with product details and stories; know daily objectives and KPIs; identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales; provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile; understand how to manage customer databases and clienteling.
- MANAGEMENT OF THE RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS: Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication; develop local and international client books with the ability to recruit and develop top clients; partner with management to resolve client issues to benefit both client and business.
- BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT: Contribute to product reception and quality control before sale, update stock after sales when necessary; elaborate and supervise product feedback; prepare delivery and essential packaging elements.
- Preferred experience of at least 3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
- Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
- University education or a Fashion school degree.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
- Office 360 and basic knowledge of digital software.
- Aim to grow in luxury retail and take on different challenges and new responsibilities.
- Positive and kind attitude; strong team-working ability.
- Committed, flexible, and willing to learn; strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison.
- Ability to work by objectives and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, empathy, and agile mindset; ability to develop lasting relationships with people through clear communication.
