Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Wisedoc, you'll be at the forefront of our growth - driving outreach, identifying opportunities, and connecting with recruiting leaders and HR tech buyers. You'll work directly with the founder to build our sales pipeline, conduct market research, and manage early customer relationships.

What You'll Do
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify potential clients (recruiting firms, HR departments, talent acquisition leaders).
- Craft and send personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize outreach data using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, or Google Sheets).
- Sales Support
- Schedule product demos and support in client meetings.
- Draft sales decks, proposals, and client communications.
