Zélia Halkidiki, part of Hyatt’s Destination by Hyatt collection, is an adults-only barefoot luxury resort where nature, design, and soulful hospitality meet.

Zélia & CO, the resort’s signature boutique, curates resort wear, accessories, fragrances, and lifestyle pieces inspired by the Mediterranean spirit and the Zélia way of life.

We are looking for a Sales Associate to deliver a refined, intuitive, and highly personalized shopping experience — where style is curated, not sold.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Zélia & CO, you are the ambassador of the resort’s retail identity. You welcome guests with elegance, guide them effortlessly through the boutique, and create an experience that feels personal, calm, and memorable — always aligned with Zélia’s barefoot luxury philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer warm, discreet, and personalized guest service
  • Present products through storytelling and refined product knowledge
  • Create emotional connections and inspire purchases without pressure
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual standards
  • Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
  • Support inventory, stock control, and product care
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, and Marketing teams

  • Experience in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle brands, or high-end hospitality
  • Polished communication skills and calm, confident presence
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Natural, subtle sales approach
  • Fluent in English (Greek and additional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable in a guest-facing luxury environment
