Your role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work closely with Product Managers on Marketing Excellence, activity planning, and business analysis.
- Participate in fieldwork alongside Product Specialists to understand sales processes, customer engagement, and business needs.
- Provide case support to healthcare professionals, emphasizing service excellence and clinical support.
- Assist in delivering continuous medical education (CME) to customers.
- Collaborate across functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business units.
- Build commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Spend 6 months in Sales and 6 months in Marketing under DePuy Synthes for real‑world exposure.
