Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Development

  • Build and expand the client portfolio by identifying potential customers and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Business Development & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify and pitch new sales opportunities through multiple channels to support revenue growth.

Lead Handling & Client Meetings

  • Schedule appointments with leads, meet prospective clients, and deliver effective sales presentations.

Sales Pipeline Management & Closures

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, and close sales in line with assigned targets.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent service delivery to clients to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
