Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the retail store Showcase and explain sunglasses and optical products to customers Understand customer preferences and offer suitable product recommendations Drive daily and monthly sales targets through active engagement and upselling Handle basic stock tracking if required Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized display at the store Report customer feedback and sales performance to store manager regularly Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1–2 years of prior experience in retail sales , preferably in sunglasses , optical , or premium fashion/lifestyle categories Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident, smart, and presentable appearance Target-driven and proactive in customer engagement Language: Must be fluent in local language Basic English speaking ability is necessary for customer interaction and internal communication. Personality: Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented Willing to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays
