Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the retail store
  • Showcase and explain sunglasses and optical products to customers
  • Understand customer preferences and offer suitable product recommendations
  • Drive daily and monthly sales targets through active engagement and upselling
  • Handle basic stock tracking if required
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized display at the store
  • Report customer feedback and sales performance to store manager regularly

    • Candidate Profile:


  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in  retail sales , preferably in  sunglasses ,  optical , or  premium fashion/lifestyle  categories
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, smart, and presentable appearance
  • Target-driven and proactive in customer engagement
  • Language:
  • Must be  fluent in local language
  • Basic  English speaking  ability is necessary for customer interaction and internal communication.
  • Personality:
  • Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays
