Job Title: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads from internal databases via phone, email, LinkedIn or CRM.
- Qualify prospects through structured conversations and determine their fit for our services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars between prospects and sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information and activity logs.
- Perform regular database cleanups to ensure quality and relevance of data.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
- Communicate with team members regarding lead status and scheduling progress.
- Track and report appointment-setting metrics and lead follow-up performance.
