Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive/Career Advisor role located in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients to share Ninez Techβs services for custom software development and IT talent solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting consultations with professionals to match them with career opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive/Career Advisor will also analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management in the IT or software solutions industry.
- Advisory and Consultation Skills: Ability to provide career advising, assess professional skillsets, and match candidates with the right opportunities.
- Marketing and Communication: Strong digital marketing, sales pitch creation, and effective communication skills.
- Research Proficiency: Capability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records for monitoring sales and client interactions.
- Proactive mindset: A self-starter attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach.
- Engage and build relationships with potential candidates, providing expert advice on their career path.
- Develop compelling outreach campaigns across various platforms to attract passive talent.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and our recruitment team to match skills with client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Recent graduate with outstanding English verbal and written communication abilities.
- A natural persuader with a passion for sales and mentorship.
- Prior exposure to US IT recruitment processes is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
