Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities for HR services including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales and business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
