Convertix is looking for a Business Development & Sales professional with a track record in Agency & Tech.

Location: Spain, Hybrid

We are a fast-growing digital agency and are constantly looking out for talent in Sales & Business Development.

• Creation of a prospect database - Prospecting
• Lead nurturing
• Cold emailing, texting, and calling
• Generate a qualified sales pipeline
• Generate sales meetings & proposals
• Close deals with team support

• Full-time position and permanent contract
• Flexible working hours (hybrid and full-remote work is possible)
• Merit-based internal promotion opportunities
• Continuous training in PPC and special Google Training Programmes
• National & international travel to clients

• Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a Digital Agency or a Tech company
• Business professional in English is a must-have. Spanish, Italian, German, and French are nice-to-haves
• Knowing how to automate outbound systems with external tools
• Public speaking and motivation to attend industry events
• Motivation, proactive attitude, going the extra mile, ability to think outside the box
• Not to be afraid to pick up the phone but being especially a great Social Media communicator
• Experience with inbound systems and processes
