Convertix is looking for a Business Development & Sales professional with a track record in Agency & Tech.
Location: Spain, Hybrid
OVERVIEWWe are a fast-growing digital agency and are constantly looking out for talent in Sales & Business Development.
Main Responsibilities- Creation of a prospect database - Prospecting
- Lead nurturing
- Cold emailing, texting, and calling
- Generate a qualified sales pipeline
- Generate sales meetings & proposals
- Close deals with team support
- Full-time position and permanent contract
- Flexible working hours (hybrid and full-remote work is possible)
- Merit-based internal promotion opportunities
- Continuous training in PPC and special Google Training Programmes
- National & international travel to clients
- Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in a Digital Agency or a Tech company
- Business professional in English is a must-have. Spanish, Italian, German, and French are nice-to-haves
- Knowing how to automate outbound systems with external tools
- Public speaking and motivation to attend industry events
- Motivation, proactive attitude, going the extra mile, ability to think outside the box
- Not to be afraid to pick up the phone but being especially a great Social Media communicator
- Experience with inbound systems and processes
