**Introduction**
Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive IBM TEL Academic program adoption across educational institutions.

· Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage sales partners to enhance outreach and market penetration.

· University Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in universities, including Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors, and Registrars, to facilitate partnerships.

· Negotiation & Agreements: Lead discussions on program adoption, course selection, and agreement execution, ensuring compliance with IBM's partnership models.

· Market Analysis & Expansion: Analyse market trends, identify potential opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth.

· Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Legal, Finance/ Billing etc to ensure seamless ...
