We're building a repeatable outbound sales engine to grow our multifamily property management portfolio. This role owns the full outbound and sales process—from prospecting and cold outreach to discovery, qualification, proposals, follow-up, and closing. Leadership is involved selectively on pricing, positioning, or complex deals.
