Role Overview :

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive enterprise IT services sales across Domestic (India) and North America (US/Canada) markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on, consultative sales professional from a service-based IT background.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across India and US/Canada markets.
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle including prospecting, solutioning, RFP/RFQ responses, negotiations, and closures.
  • Sell IT services such as Cloud (AWS, Azure), Data & AI, ERP, Engineering, Managed Services, and GCC models.
  • Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders to propose value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Negotiate commercials and close complex, multi-year IT services contracts.


Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services Sales (service-based companies only).
  • Experience selling IT services, consulting, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Exposure to Domestic and North America markets.
  • Strong RFP-led, consultative selling experience.
  • Excellent CXO-level communication and negotiation skills.
