Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Business Development professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and generating business leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role requires engaging with prospects, presenting our solutions, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and develop actionable insights for sales and business development.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
