As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in selling and converting customers for Zoho products, ideally from within the Zoho Authorized Partner ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through Zoho product sales, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires a consultative sales mindset, deep familiarity with Zoho solutions, and the ability to map business needs to the right Zoho offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end sales for Zoho products – from lead generation to deal closure
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful Zoho customers
- Conduct Zoho product demos and solution presentations aligned with client business requirements
- Drive sales across Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Books, People, Creator, Desk, Analytics, and related tools
- Build, track, and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay current with Zoho product updates, pricing, and market trends
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of overall sales experience in B2 B, Saa S, or software solutions
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience selling Zoho products
- Strong working knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem and licensing models
- Prior experience with a Zoho Authorized Partner is highly preferred
- Proven ability to close mid to large-sized Saa S deals
- Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM for sales management and reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented sales approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Zoho One or multiple Zoho applications
- Exposure to SME, Mid-market, or Enterprise clients
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HRMS, Finance, and Automation workflows
- Zoho certifications (CRM / Sales / Zoho One) – added advantage
