About the Role

As a Sales Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted connector between HireWing and hiring teams in your network. You’ll introduce HR leaders, recruiters, and decision‑makers to the platform and earn competitive commissions for every client that comes onboard through your referrals. This is a referral‑based role with full flexibility; ideal for agency recruiters, HR consultants, SaaS sales professionals, or anyone well‑connected within the hiring ecosystem in Canada.
